To start we need information about your preferences and criteria for the apartments you are looking for. you can fill up our free registration form here!
-As soon as we receive your request depending on the date you are looking for the place we will search and find suitable options for you and share it with you. To follow up we can book viewings for you.
-If you decide to rent the place then we need you to send us your documents.
What for documents you can provide:
For Employees: (Your IDs-Work contracts-last payslips if you have any.
For Students: Proof of study and parent’s ID and proof of income.
For Free Lancers and Self Employees: Registrations of the company , Invoices, Tax Report, Bank Statement, etc..)
You will sign the intermediary form with Expat Portal and transfer 250€ down payment(refundable if you don’t get the apartment).
Right after we make an offer and start the procedure of the rental of the apartment for you.
3.Signing the tenancy agreement
If the offer has been accepted by the owner, the tenancy agreement will be shared with you and you will be invited to sign it.
After signing the lease you proceed with payments for the rent, deposit and the Expat Portal’s remaining fee and we will arrange for you to get the keys and check-in to your new home!!
